You'll have hands-on experience tackling the housing crisis, ensuring our social housing residents receive the best service.
Our tailored programme includes professional accreditations or qualifications, such as the Assessment of Professional Competence for full Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors accreditation, where applicable.
Responsibilities
During the programme, you'll undertake four six-month rotations across various teams. These rotations will be determined before the programme begins. Responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with the Asset Management team to develop sustainability strategies for our homes, including zero-carbon initiatives.
- Learning from the Building Safety team about contracts, surveying, project management, and building safety in a national organisation.
- Working with the Repairs team to understand day-to-day repair operations, supply chain management, fleet operations, performance analysis, compliance, and health and safety.
- Collaborating with the Asset Strategy team to understand decision-making processes around the asset lifecycle, including investment, disposal, and regeneration, and assessing the positive impact on our communities.

Who are we looking for?
We require a minimum of a 2.2 degree obtained within the past three years. While degrees in community development, property, or housing are preferred, we welcome applicants with other relevant qualifications and experiences.
