Join our two-year graduate programme, where successful candidates embark on rotational placements across our development teams, including land, development management, project management, on-site delivery, sales and marketing, and more.
This programme is crafted to equip you with relevant training and work experience, nurturing you into a competent, professional, and well-rounded member of our development business, with a deep understanding of each team's function and operations.
During the programme, you'll engage in seven rotations lasting from two to six months, depending on the department. For instance, one rotation will involve working with the Project Management and Commercial team, where you'll delve into risk management, cost planning processes, and acquire project management skills to support and eventually lead programs vital for project success.
Responsibilities
You'll provide dedicated support for a range of residential projects, including mixed tenure and residential-led mixed-use schemes.
Additionally, you'll play a key role in the smooth functioning of regional development teams, developing skills to manage relationships with stakeholders like Local Authorities, developer partners, and our housing management colleagues.

Who are we looking for?
We seek ambitious and dedicated graduates driven by a genuine passion to make a difference. Candidates should hold a minimum of a 2.1 degree, preferably in construction or housing, although those with technical specialisations like engineering are also encouraged to apply. We value individuals with a proven track record of academic excellence and relevant work experience, ideally exceeding 12 months.
As an ambitious team player, you'll use your initiative to drive personal and business success. Your authentic passion for effecting change and contributing to the Development Team's achievements will be evident as you identify opportunities and deliver new homes, aligning with Clarion's ambitious targets.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis without restriction, as we are unable to sponsor working visas for this role.
Join us in shaping the future of Clarion's development landscape.
