Today Clarion Housing Group is the country’s biggest social landlord. Our development arm Latimer builds thousands of new homes every year. We also have a charitable foundation Clarion Futures that runs one of the UK’s largest social investment programmes.
We make a major social impact. We have 360,000 residents in 125,000 homes and a presence in more than 170 local authorities. With support from investors, we provide good quality, affordable and sustainable homes for people failed by the market.
