Investor alerts privacy notice

We collect:

• your email address (which may include your name) and your content preferences in order to provide you with Investor Alerts. We process this information on the basis of consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time or update your preferences by revisiting the preference centre or clicking on the link in any alerts you receive.
• how you interact with our communications, your website usage and your IP address in order to review the success of our communications, see how many people are visiting our website and improve our services. It is in our legitimate interests to understand how we are performing so we can meet our objectives, and to make sure our communications and website meet the needs of our service users. This means you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose at any time. If you unsubscribe from receiving alerts we will stop sending you alerts but will still process your contact information and the analytics data in line with our retention periods below. We will share your information with Investis Digital who manage our Investor Alerts service and send out the alerts on Clarion’s behalf. We will also share your information if we are required to do so by law.

There may be occasions where we need to process your information outside of the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). For this service, Investis Digital may process data in the USA or India. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that your information remains secure. We will keep your records for 6 months after the last action (we stop sending Investor Alerts).
