Update on IT system issues

We are currently experiencing IT system issues, which means some of our emails, IT systems and phone lines are not working as normal.

This disruption has been caused by a cyber security incident and we are working urgently with our cyber security partner to restore our systems as soon as we can.

We have notified the Regulator of Social Housing, the Housing Ombudsman, the Information Commissioner’s Office and The Financial Conduct Authority.

The investigation into this matter is in its early stages but we are working hard to ensure we can support our residents as much as possible during this time.
