Latest phase of shared ownership homes go on sale at Ebbsfleet Garden City

Clarion Housing, the UK’s largest social landlord, has released its latest selection of homes to buy at Ebbsfleet Garden City, Kent.

Located within Castle Hill, Castle Rise comprises 46 stylish one- and two- bedroom apartments for shared ownership.

The homes - which are aimed at first time buyers who may not be able to buy a home on the open market - are now available to buy off-plan.

Buyers can snap up a 35 per cent share of a one-bedroom apartment at the scheme for £78,750 (full market value of £225,000) and 35 per cent of a two-bedroom apartment for £94,500 (full market value of £270,000).

Clarion is playing a major role in the creation of Ebbsfleet Garden City. At Castle Hill 425 shared ownership and affordable rented homes are being built, while up to 2,600 homes will be delivered at Eastern Quarry through a joint venture with Countryside.
