Phil Miles is director of Clarion Futures at Clarion Housing Group. Phil was responsible for establishing Affinity Sutton’s award-winning social and economic development programme.
In 2016 Phil’s team secured over £13m of European Social Fund funding on behalf of a consortium of 16 housing associations to deliver ‘Love London Working’, a three year programme to support 20,000 Londoners into work and training - the largest in the capital. Phil has extensive experience working with the media and has appeared on both television and radio broadcast.
Joyce Ferguson is a development director at Clarion Housing Group and has special expertise in the London and South East Regions. Joyce has led on large funding bids and has worked closely in partnership with some of the country’s top housebuilders.
Joyce has previously sat on a range of expert panels and has contributed to high profile roundtable discussions on new housing delivery.
Bob Beaumont is director of regeneration at Clarion Housing Group. Bob has led a range of projects which includes the regeneration of Durand Close in Sutton, the model for which has been praised as the gold standard in community regeneration projects.
Bob’s career in housing spans over 40 years, beginning as a door-to-door rent collector for a local authority in South London.
Vicky Bonner is director of housing at Clarion Housing Group. Vicky has an MSc in housing and social policy from the London School of Economics and has worked in the housing sector for the majority of her career.
Vicky can provide thought leadership on housing policy and key issues affecting our tenants. Vicky is known for her down to earth and common sense approach and is experienced in television broadcast interviews.
Tim Seward is director of sales and marketing at Clarion Housing Group. He is responsible for overseeing all sales activity across private sales, shared ownership, staircasing and resales.
He has worked in property sales and marketing his whole career in both the private and affordable sector. Tim previously worked for the National Housing Federation (NHF) where he was promoting shared ownership as a mainstream home ownership option and running a campaign to launch shared ownership in Scotland.
He has been regular contributor for First Time Buyer magazine on a range of property issues.
